- Validated the contract and automatically downloaded the signed PDF
- Matched the signer against the correct contact record in Pipedrive and pulled related deal notes and Fathom call transcripts
- Used Claude to generate a tailored AI onboarding guide from the contract and call transcript data
- Created a Google Drive folder, uploaded all relevant documents, and sent Slack notifications to the onboarding coordinator and workspace provisioner
